The completed TeleMeeting package includes two parts: Web Conferencing (Windows) and Embedded IP PBX (Linux). If you need both funcationalities, you will need to install both parts. If you have your own company PBX and just need to integrate phone with web conferencing functions, only Web Conferencing part is needed. For the first case, please refer to the installation guide for details. For the second case, please refer to PBX Integration Guide / REST API.

The Embedded IP PBX component is packaged as an Oracle VM VirtualBox image. You need to get a free Oracle VM and import this image into it.
